Our classes are designed for adults of all ages, fitness levels, and experience. Even if you have never trained at all before, you will be more than welcome join our classes. All you will need to bring is a water bottle, and a good attitude!

Do I Need To Be Fit To Train?

One of the most common things we hear is "When I get Fit, I will come and start training". The best way to get fit, is to train! So don't worry about your fitness level, come down and improve your health and fitness today!

What Do I Need To Bring?

All you will need to bring is some comfortable workout clothes, preferably with no zips or studs, a water bottle, and a good attitude with a willingness to learn!
